Our pricing for services is as specified in your service agreement or as published on our website. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms and methods will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional charges. We reserve the right to change our pricing with appropriate notice to existing customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, revenurswc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless revenurswc and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

revenurswc shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations are unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of these terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and revenurswc regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
